Be Who You Are
Be Who You Are

The first time I heard this quote was from a dear friend of mine in North Carolina. Since I'm the sort of person who frequently is bothered by what other people think of me or say about me, this really hit home. I went and searched for the quote, and found it very appropriate that it was credited to Dr. Seuss!
This kit has soft greens, yellow, off-black, off-white, and a pop of turquoise. With it's slightly grungy finishes and papers in both intense and soft color ways, it's perfect for all kinds of layouts.
Included are 10 papers (4 grungy, textured solids and 6 grungy patterns), 2 rows of stitching, 2 bent photo frames, 1 cardboard frame, 1 cardboard border, 2 skeletal leaves, 8 ribbons, 2 buckles, 8 ribbon folds, 1 staple, 2 colors of ribbon stitches, 1 safety pin (both with and without the pierce marks), 2 different sized eyelets, 1 paper clip (both with and without the center removed), 1 brad, 1 photo turn, 1 charm, 4 photo corners, 3 oversized buttons, 2 sets of ribbon stitches (so that you can mix and match), 2 file folder labels, and 2 mini tags as well word art. This is one of my largest kits to date!

Something New and a Little Different
Most of you probably don't know that at one time I was a hairdresser! When a request came through the Scrap Outside the Box Wishing Box for a "hair kit", I could instantly see the finished kit in my head, and I just had to do it!
Curl Up & Dye
Most of us do it. If we don't do it now, we've probably done it in the past. I know that I've done it... over and over again. That's right, I've colored my hair (sometimes some very unnatural colors!), permed my hair, and done all kinds of things in the name of beauty!
This kit has all kinds of paraphernalia for the things that we do to our hair as well as all of the more typical scrapbooking items. There are 10 backgrounds, 3 oversized buttons (with separate stitching), 1 grungy tag, 1 mini tag, 1 ribbon fold, 1 ribbon cluster, 1 ribbon tie, stitching to hold your ribbons down, a row of messy stitches, 3 ribbons, 1 staple, 1 safety pin, 3 definitions, 1 tint bottle, 1 tint tube, 1 tint brush, and 1 perm rod! There is also a complete upper and lower case alphabet with numbers and symbols.
